SCS has two distinct departments which provide clients with the necessary resources to achieve their objectives: Construction & Projects oversee construction projects and refurbishments as a Head Contractor; Maintenance and Small Works provides reliable and holistic building maintenance. The two departments are able to share resources and expertise to provide clients and the end user with spaces and projects which exceed their expectations.

Bernie is our Sherwood Construction Residential Project Manager and has been working in the construction industry now for 11 years. During this period Bernie has been accredited with numerous formal achievements such as a double diploma in Construction and Project Management and skills in carpentry including various tickets for high risk work. Bernie has had the opportunity to work on numerous project during his career, including site management of occupied sites comprising of kindergartens, universities and community centres for local councils. Bernie is extremely passionate about all aspects of construction and believes every job should be done right the first time.
