Deakin University’s main campus in Burwood was first established in 1974 and has over 26,000 students and 1500 staff. The University officially opened in 1978 and since then it has grow rapidly, requiring upgrades to the internal offices and buildings. SCS was engaged to refurbish live office spaces for the Campus Services Division located in building O. The works included laying of new carpets, installing new walls and furniture, as well as a new kitchen and lunchroom space.

- Demolished & Removed fixed joinery, overheads, workstations, roller shutter, partitions, existing ceiling tiles and floor finishes
- Associated electrical, fire, mechanical and hydraulic works
- Supplied & installed new partitions walls, plaster and existing glazed partition walls
- Supplied & installed structural steel works and new floor coverings as documented
