The department has extensive experience in holistic building health, and can identify systemic issues in complex and . We will attend to leaks, moisture/mould problems, faults and cracks. SCS can provide written reports on investigations which include observations, analysis, the result of the investigation and recommendations. These reports can be used in a variety of situations, and can be compliant for VCAT.
