SCS has very recently completed an extension and refurbishment of the Diamond Hills Preschool on Diamond Drive, Greensborough.  The Major Works department were involved in supplying all labour, materials, plant and equipment for the completion of the works.  The new extension required excavation and screw piling for the substructure, followed by the installation of the steel floor structure. The eastern wall that the floor has been built against was then broken through, reusing and salvaging materials where ever possible. The carpentry works involved walls with external cladding, roof trusses, roof and associated plumbing.  Internal works was performed concurrently involving either refitting or constructing joinery to make sure the pre-school was ready for operation before the re-open on 24th January 2018.

  • Installation of a new door between new storeroom and new office
  • Installation of two split systems
  • All electrical works
